Error code ES004

I keep getting error code ES004 when I try to watch the show I purchased from virgin media store on my tv. I have TiVo.

Thanks for your post 

Sorry to hear about the issue with the Store error message ES004

This error message is regarding a connection between your box and the Virgin Media Store

This is usually fixed by rebooting your box. 

If the issue still occurs after a reboot then you would need to contact the Store Team directly on 0800 027 0801, our opening times are 9am to 9pm, 7 days a week.

If you have this issue again then try a quick reboot again

I'm sorry you're also having the same issue when trying to watch your purchased shows. 

 

Are you using a TiVo or V6 box?

 

We are aware of an issue with V6 boxes which is currently being investigated. However if you have a TiVo box then it would be best to follow the steps above, and contact the team on the number above if a reboot hasn't helped.
