I keep getting error code ES004 when I try to watch the show I purchased from virgin media store on my tv. I have TiVo.

Sorry to hear about the issue with the Store error message ES004
This error message is regarding a connection between your box and the Virgin Media Store
This is usually fixed by rebooting your box.
If the issue still occurs after a reboot then you would need to contact the Store Team directly on 0800 027 0801, our opening times are 9am to 9pm, 7 days a week.
