Error code 7400

I had a fault with a virgin media box within my bedroom whereby there was a green screen error, this was resolved and a new box sent out to me today, however once I have set this up my downstairs box is now recovering an error code 7400 message and appears that this may have been disconnected instead of the previous one in the bedroom

 

any help would be great cheers

Yes, the wrong box has been de-activated. You will need to call in, being clear which boxes should be active, to resolve this issue.

Appreciate the message, is there any way to do this online as experience with customer service has been less than satisfactory and due to the time of night etc

Customer service once again saying they are unable to help and this has nothing to do with the new box....wonderful 👍🏻

Hi are you phoning the activation number 0800 9539500 as opposed to CS number, try that have your account number area code and serial number of the box to hand. Regards Micky
