H Im getting an error code 7400 on my tivo box that Ive had for ages? Dont understand why. I cant get through to any help or support. We are isolating at the minute and need our tv service
Error 7400 means your box needs activating. This only usually happens if you are a new customer, have had a box change, or not used the current box for around a month.
Try rebooting the Tivo please. If you still have that error then you need to phone 0800 953 9500 to get your box re-activated.
EDIT You will need the box serial number, and your account and area number

Ive tried rebooting the box and the same code came up. I will try ringing the number you have posted. Thank you for your help
