Error code 7400 on old box

The error code 7400 has just appeared on my TV screen(old box's) at 11pm at night . I have 2 new box's which are due to be put in    tomorrow by an engineer Unfortunately I can't contact anyone at this time of night. Will the one ones work now . I've them delivered a week ago.

I want to compliment the engineer who installed my 360 box today. His name was Gordon, he was very pleasant and friendly also very informative regarding the instalation, and showed me how to use it etc . 

Not enough praise is given sometimes ,but please can you pass on my comments to his manager.
