Error code 7400 after trying EVERYTHING X

So had this on screen for 3 days...tried all the fix its.

It's not a new Hub I just had a package change 

Nothing seems to work at all xxxx

Have you tried calling the activation line, 0800 9539500? It should be automated, but if there's an issue it'll bump you to an agent which can only be done during opening times.

You will need to phone in and get your box activated. When doing so please have your account number and box serial number to hand.

Okay...so ..my box was disconnected as it was a BB only deal which wasnt clearly explained by the lady on the phone .....now looking for a Freeview box

Hi gillwotto92,

If you've just changed package then you have a 14 day cooling off period in case you change your mind.

You don't say which broadband only package you have taken, but it can sometimes work out cheaper to have a braodband and tv, or broadband tv and phone bundle, for example the Big Bundle package. Maybe call up and go through the thinking of leaving us route and see if they can help.

It wasnt supposed to be BB only...I asked for BB and minimum tv and this is what I got.

Think she misunderstood me.
