I have installed a new TiVo box & it is saying error code 7012 & I should call virgin media but wen I called there is no one to speak to , what can I do please ?
TV Code help here confirms advice to call VM, Is this definitely a TiVo and not a V6? Check here if you're not sure.
The 2 boxes have different means of connecting to the internet which may be part of the issue here.
TiVo: Front left of the box, 3 green lights. Second from left is the "online" light and should be solidly on.
V6: Relies on a connection to your VM homehub - Ethernet best, WiFi should be ok depending on signal strength.
