Error code 603

I have been having this issue for some time now. Every time I try to watch something on catchup or Netflix it’s impossible to watch it all the way through without getting error 602 message and it saying the program is temporarily unavailable. This can happen every 5 mins or so. I then have to wait at least 5 mins before I can resume watching anything again.

Yes if I reboot it, it will get it to work again but then 5 mins later I have the same problem again.
