There's a strong chance that the channels you're seeing this on, are common to a particular broadcast frequency (known as a multiplex)
The advice on https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/w02 is correct - if a reboot fails to clear this, then first call 0800 5610061 to check for any known faults in your area.
If nothing's reported, then assume your fault is only affecting you - or others haven't reported it. Call VM and report your fault - 150 (from a VM phone) or 0345 4541111 (from any other phone) and choose the options for "I have a fault with my TV service"
