Error V273

Spoke to a technician yesterday about my service just blacking our for a few seconds. New box arrived this afternoon - fabulous service - however now I have set it up the blacking out has been eradicated but now I have no On Demand or Catch Up and an error message of V273

Can we please confirm if you've set up the connection to your Hub in your Tivo box since replacing the Hub?
