Error S102

Recently got the new TV Box, have followed the instructions to a tee. All the internet tests are running correctly, yet when attempting to download the channels, my TiVo box states that it is unable to aquire channel information, freezing on 33% of the download. I have checked and there are supposedly no outages, help would be much appreciated.

Have you tried calling Virgin Media as per https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/s102 ?
