Error Message C230

Hi, having problems accessing apps and catch up, internet seems to be working on everything else just not the box. Have tried switching off and then on again and still no joy.

Can you offer any help?

I have tried the online testing but they were't completing either

We switched of the Internet and back on again which seems to have resolved it. But thanks for coming back to me x
