Says acct not set up properly - can anyone help without being on phone for 3 hours

This error can't be resolved online, no sorry. You'll need to call back when CS open on Monday morning. Good luck 😉

The only check would be to make sure your box has a stable internet connection, using either Ethernet or stable WiFi.
