I am occasionally having difficulty replaying my saved programmes due to extreme pixelation and at the same time am having Error Code W02 on various channels including ITV4, BT Sports etc.
Have reset my Tivo V6 box and checked all of the cables etc but nothing seems to cure it.
Am located in Area 01.
Any Help available?

Have tried all of the things mentioned and unfortunately i am still having the same issues.
Thank you for keeping us updated. I have taken a further look on our side and an engineer is required for this.
