Error Code

I've got an error message M63 why and what is it, please.

As per virgin-tv-error-codes/m63  Your account is not set up correctly, you need to contact VM Faults.

Call 150 from your Virgin Media phone or mobile or 0345 454 111 from any phone

Monday to Friday, 8am until 9pm
Saturday 8am until 8pm, and Sunday 8am until 6pm

It's best calling first thing on a morning at 8am when lines are least busy, or late afternoon around tea time.

You could also try the text messaging service. Just send  a text with a description of TV Faults  to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days
