Purchased a movie last night an all I keep getting on all boxes is this error code £14 paid an can’t watch movie any help please thanks

Still having this same problem even though was told it would be sorted by moderator not happy as could have refunded the money taken straight away for a movie I can’t watch for a new virgin media customer I’m not really happy
