Error C130

We have still the old Tivo box and every single time if we like to watch catch up, error C130 comes up, takes 5 min and its gone again. Its really frustrating and still need to call VM to sort this out. For over 15 years client of VM, I assume I can get a V6 box now?!

By means of diagnosis, do you have any flashing green lights on the front-left of your TiVo when this happens?

If you're currently out of contract and have VM broadband (this is a requirement), then I'd certainly recommend you ask about a box-swap as part of a renegotiation of your package bundle.
