Hi we had virgin media set up a few weeks ago. Main box works fine, but when it was set up by the engineer we didn’t have a TV for the second box.
He set it all up however the second box is showing this error code. I’ve tried to resolve via the app but it’s not fixed it. I spent 90mins waiting for the line to then go dead on me virgin media end.
This is really frustrating - is someone able to help or do I need to call again?
Thanks, yep I’ve called a couple of times over the last few days but impossible to get through. The last time, they dropped the line on me after over an hour. Very frustrating.

Does anyone ever answer the phone line?! Or should I email in a complaint to get it resolved if there’s no alternative way of getting through?
They've dropped the phone line on me a few times when I’ve been on hold for 90mins plus. Any help appreciated!
