Hi, about 2 weeks ago someone came to put in my virgin media box and now we finally have a tv to use it with. When i set it up all together im not getting and basic channels and im getting the error 7400Cant get through on the phone because it just hangs up after 40 minutes..And the text chat is pointless because no one repliesDoes anyone know why I am getting this code? And yes I have reset the virgin box
This error occurs when the TV box has been powered off for some time and becomes de-activated from the cable network. Also if the box has never been activated.
You will have to persevere on the phone or wait here, potentially for a few days, to get this resolved.
