Error 7400

Hi all please cam some one help me.

I was sent a new V6 box to replace my additional box I'm conservatory. I called CS and managed to set it up after two separate phone calls over a 2 hour period. 

Now my main box in living room has 7400 error code on?!?!? 

I have changed to new contract but all package remain the same and no box should be deactivated.

The wrong box has been de-activated. You will need to call in and get the correct boxes active.

Hi Ernie_c

Thankyou for that. I called them at about 9.50pm. Unfortunately the guy said I have to call back in the morning because the equipment at there end not working....called back at 10pm and it's closed! It's reassuring to know I am a valued customer after 6 years with VM!! 

Will try again tomorrow morning....
