I recently requested a change from a TiVo box to V6, but later cancelled the order for the V6 and new super hub as I had decided to stick with my original TiVo box. However last night, a week after the cancellation my internet has no connection and TV is showing error 7400. Does this mean my TiVO and internet have been deactivated as Virgin now think I have a V6 box and new super hub? If so, how can I get my Original TiVo and internet working again? Thanks.
