My VM box has fallen off the wall and i am unable to fix it. This has left the wires exposed causing intermittent breakdown of internet. VM have not answered my message of 3 days ago on their message system. When I try to phone the options dont allow me to speak to a person to explain and report the fault. It seams impossible to contact anyone. Grateful for any help.
You should be able to speak to an agent by following the options on 150 for "I have a fault with my TV service", but then ignoring all further prompts. Any offer to "get a link" or "go online" should just be ignored.
