I have ceased my Virgin Media service mid January. However I am not at that address to be able to return the equipment as I am staying at another address during the Covid lockdown. Obviously I shall not be returning to that address until it is legal to do so. Will I be charged for my late return of equipment. I will return the equipment as soon as I can when allowed to return to my home address.
Virgin aren't rushing returns on equipment due to the current pandemic situation so they will send the return instructions and box to your account address and you will get it when you get back.
