Hi,
How do I arrange the supply and fit of a replacement virgin media brown box sited on the external wall of my house.
Recent windy weather has blown the cover off and left the cable and wiring exposed to the elements.
A quick response would be really appreciated.

VM staff should be a long in a day or so to pick this up and can likely arrange this.
If you don't want to wait, you can call in via the usual route.
