EFL Red Button

I want to watch the Rotherham v Blackpool match on the red button, I’ve got the game but with audio from the Coventry v Luton game, this happened a couple of weeks ago as well when I was watching Huddersfield v Blackpool but could only get F1 audio, not the service I’m paying for, I’ve even re-booted TiVo box but this didn’t rectify the issue.

Like many other posts i am trying to use the red button on my virgin box to watch the EFL games but it just comes up with the red sky sports screen that says please wait and then it just reverts back to the original game. I have reset the box but nothing changed. This was the same yesterday.

The Red Button app works a little differently now & has caught some people out. Pressing red gets the red splash screen, then you end up with a little "info" or "i" icon in the left bottom corner of the screen on the main channel. You then press the info button on the remote & a menu pops up with all the available games.

Hi Shaun, 

I am very sorry for any issues you have been facing when using the red button feature on Sky Sports. 

We have been aware of a couple of issues this week that we have now been able to resolve. 

If you have any problems when using the feature in the future, can you please select the info button as suggested by nodrogd?
