Double charging!

I have lost my job 5 weeks ago and today my direct debit is more than double the usual amount, leaving me in overdraft.

WHY?

Re: Double charging!

Have you compared the two bills to identify the difference?

Re: Double charging!

Hi,

Thanks so much for replying, good to know people do care.

Yes normally it is £73 per month and yesterday £152. I have downloaded the app and tried to check the bill breakdown but cannot get logged on. It keeps asking for the password and login details since it was ntl???

ive been with them for years, since ntl days and have 5 separate phone / sim deals with them.

just can’t understand.

Re: Double charging!

Thanks so much for replying.

i finally managed to get through and double charge is due to contract ending.

i have been with Virgin for 11 years and also have 4 SIM cards and I phone and sim contract.

I cannot afford the new amount after losing my job.

Virgin, it seems does not reward loyalty and I have seen better deals online from Virgin and other providers.

I was supposed to get a call today but didn’t so I will have to call again tomorrow to cancel my contract and also cancel the rolling contract sim deals.

Thanks for replying, it’s good to know there is people out there supporting others in these challenging times.
