Only you can decide on your circumstances, but a few things to consider.
1: If you only watch the free-to-air channels, then a Freeview setup will be perfectly satisfactory if you don't require recording facilities. If you do - a standalone PVR may well suffice.
2: The TiVo is a very old box and has long since been superceded, but does provide your chosen channel package & recording functionality in one. Apps are not the TiVo's strong point, but the newer V6 & TV360 are much better.
3: There's no reason you couldn't have a broadband, landline & mobile package, but you may well find the bundle discounting makes keeping a TV element not a great deal more. Only VM can answer that.
4: If you only had VM broadband & landline, then the Stream TV service may be suitable if you didn't want to keep recording facilities.
