Unable to watch Netflix through Virgin box connected direct to TV. Picture Okay but sound is distorted and high pitched?
All other channels/apps are fine.
Netflix works Okay on my I pad pro direct from Virgin Router/
Is this on any specific title, or affecting everything?
If other apps are OK, I would be minded towards this being an app-specific issue and eliminate a glitch by restarting your TV360 first.

To confirm, do you have any sound bars or other 3rd party devices connected to the Tv?
