Disconnected

Hiya I’ve got error code 7400 and my services disconnected. I am

moving but I should t be being disconnected until 29th August and I had a reconnect appointment for 3rd September.  I’ve tried to contact customer service by phone and online chat all day today and I can’t get through. 
please can someone from Virgin look at my query. My account number is [removed]

Hi this is a public forum you should not be posting your account number on here, that code indicates the box has been deactivated, the activation number is 0800 9539500 have your account number and area code & serial number of your box to hand. Regards Micky
