Had a problem with the living room TIVO Box, it had a green screen saying detected serious problem, I called customer services, gave the serial number of the broken box and was told I needed a new box.
I Received the new box the next day, however they have discounted the wrong TIVO box! They have discounted one of the bedroom boxes.
I called customer services today, to explain they have disconnected the wrong box. I was on the phone for 1 hour 46minutes, the agent tried various start ups, put on hold a lot, but he could not get it working and I was eventually cut off!
