Did a check on TiVo box on line and answer came up as a problem with box but no number to ring.

I’ve had a problem with box since it was installed. after watching catch up tv for about 10 minutes it stops and comes up with error messages.it says something is wrong. I’ve tested it on line and message comes up saying there is a problem with the box, however there is no number to report it.

Hi 150 free from a virgin phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone. Regards Micky

I am sorry to hear you have been experiencing issues with the OnDemand/Catch up service.
