My coaxin cable from tivo box is damaged channels won't load.up. Is there any way I can request a replacement through the virgin media website to speed up the shipping got no TV 🤨😟thanks
Call Virgin Media faults.
150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.
"I have a fault with my TV service". Depending which coax cable this is, it'll probably mean you need an engineer visit.
