Hi known as the green screen of death, phone go down the TV faults route they will send you a replacement one, or if you don't want to install yourself you can ask for an engineer install. Regards Micky
Calling the fault number and the TV option leads to only sending a text message with a link for faults page. I started a chat and were connected to a agent, but it was transferred to a technical team.

I have received the box and started the set up procedure. I `m in the screen where it says "Okay, nearly finished" and asked to click Ok. But the box is not recognizing my remote(old one). I didn't get a new remote with the box. How I can proceed further with the installation.
