DVR has detected a serious problem - green screen

I have tried to call customer services but the line keeps hanging up. I have had the DVR detected issue message with green screen since 8am (over 8 hours) and restarting from the mains etc has not helped. How do I get this sorted as your lines aren’t connecting to advisors?

If you can't get through on the phone then VM are recommending you send a text to 07533 051809 describing the issue and you should get a response, but it may take a day or two at present. This is a text only service, it does not support voice calls.

Alternatively you can wait for one of the VM forum team to get this thread, which may also take a day or two.
