Had this looped message now for 5 hours. No-one has got back to me and it is impossible to get through on the phone. Ridiculous state of affairs that in 5 hours no-one is answering customer calls. I understand that Covid us causing a delay - aren't we all back at work now? Not good enough, Vurgin. Sky is looking like a good option at the moment, at least they answer the phone!
Can someone please answer and help me to get my TV back.
