DVR green screen

  • Had this looped message now for 5 hours. No-one has got back to me and it is impossible to get through on the phone. Ridiculous state of affairs that in 5 hours no-one is answering customer calls. I understand that Covid us causing a delay - aren't we all back at work now? Not good enough, Vurgin. Sky is looking like a good option at the moment, at least they answer the phone! 

 

Can someone please answer and help me to get my TV back.

Hi multiple posts on the same subject will in fact delay and confuse the issue, as the moderaters and forum staff answer in rotation, and can take 3 or 4 days to respond. Regards Micky

Spent all day on text with 4 different people from Virgin yesterday telling them all the same thing.

At 6.30 last night after 7 hours of texting backwards and forwards they said my box was faulty and they would send me another. Could have (and did!) told them that at the start 🙄

Hey ho - new box coming tomorrow..... fingers crossed 😁
