My TiVo is showing as having a serious problem with a green screen and constantly trying to start. Called Virgin and all call centres closed (understandably) but no links for online chat etc.
Anyone on here able to assist please

Same issue here, been well over 3 hours now with the same looping “DVR has detected a serious problem” and “starting up“ screens
It means that the hard drive has failed, you need to call up for a replacement
