DVR Screen Issue

I keep getting a scary green DVR warning message on my TiVo V6 box.  I’ve followed instructions from online advice but it keeps coming back.  Recordings are all pixelated and occasionally virgin turns off and takes ages to reboot. I’ve unplugged, restarted etc but it’s all still rubbish.  After a 35 minute wait on the phone, with no answer, I’ve giving up and gone on here... please help VIRGIN, the service over the last year has been getting worse, whilst your prices have gone up.  I believe the hard drive is kaput and I need a new box. Thx

If this is the "DVR has detected an error and is taking 3 hours to fix it", then your hard drive has indeed failed and you need a new box.

The quickest way will be to persist with queuing - there's the text message service (07533 051809) which gives a response after a day or so.

Alternatively VM staff respond on here, but the current wait is around a week.
