Wonder if someone could help please.
We have started to get a green screen DVR repair error on our TIVO box, which keeps trying to reboot, but returns back to the green screen.
Will this require a replacement TIVO box, and if so, what is the best way of arranging this.

Green screen means that your hard drive has failed, you will need a new box, either wait here for a response or give them a ring

Hi. I've got the same DVR serious problem message on the green screen. From what I've read on here that seems to mean needing a new box. Customer support is closed now. Presume its wait till tmrw and phone?
