I have seen a thread about this previously and I am now having the same issue
For over a week my Virgin Media box has not been working. It shows a green screen and mentions a DVR fault and doesn’t seem to fix itself. From a previous post it seems that a new box is needed.
The issue is that I have not been able to get in contact with anyone over the phone and the only response that I am receiving is an automated response so I am hoping to receive some help with this problem. Thanks

You've posted in the Tivo forum. Do you have a Tivo or a V6 box?
Tivo's are no longer being replaced like for like as they are discontinued. If you also have a broadband subscription with VM then the box will be replaced with the newer V6.
How quickly do you want a tech visit? It takes a day or two for a member of the Forum Team to pick up threads and then contact you to arrange a tech visit.
It's quicker to call 150 from a Virgin landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111, option 2 (Faults)
When calling Faults you will hear the automated response asking you to press 1 for the link to online support etc
Ignore all the options and don't press any buttons then you should be placed into a queue and an agent should pick up the phone and book the tech for you.
