Critical error on tivo box

 Had this message on my box for the last week, it just keeps trying to boot up but then just comes up with this message, any suggestions. Thanks

That error (known as the Green Screen Of Death - GSOD) means that the hard drive in the box has died and you'll need a new box. If it's an old TiVo box it'll be replaced with a V6 which requires a separate Virgin broadband connection
