Like many others it seems, I was going through my credit file and noticed a random default from Virgin on my account from 3 years ago finalising an account on my departure?
Have seen numerous messages regarding people struggling to get through anywhere to change this so any help would be appreciated.

When you closed your account with us, was the payment made in full for the final statement?
Yes, even checked with Virgin over the phone.
I have emailed in and they have requested that is is taken of my credit file within 2 weeks so will contact if it hasn't.
