Contacting virgin

I'm trying to contact virgin about my due bill as it's my first one and due to being self employed I cant pay at the moment and I cant get through to speak to anyone, I've been trying all week and I'm spending at least 2 hours a day trying to get through. 

Anyone help please???

You are in exactly the same position as many , many others.

You can try either of these two numbers and message VM for account related issues

The cable number is 07533 051809 (I think that means from VM mobiles)

Mobile is 07533 016422

You can look at the "Contact Us" options accessible at the very bottom of every VM web page (including this one). Clickable link.

You can keep trying.
