Due to call centres been closed, how do I report a problem? Had no TV for a few days now.
The call centres are open 8am to 8pm.
You could try the text messaging service.
Just send a text with a description of your problem to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days.
You can also call 150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues.
When you say you've had no TV, are you saying your TV box physically won't power up? Or are you getting an error message on some channels? If you have Virgin broadband, is that working ok?
You can check the service staus board here for any known faults, also the service status line on 0800 5610061 which can sometimes be more localised.
If not, then as has already been advised - VM's call centres are certainly open and available to speak to you, but you may need to be patient in waiting. 150 or 0345 4541111.
There's also the text message service as advised, but I do fear the "call and wait" option will still be the quickest way of reporting your fault.
