Contact Virgin Media Regarding Technical fault and possible upgrade?
I am completely unable to talk to Virgin Media, no one bothers to answer 150, when you go to the web site it just say "ooops something has gone wrong" no one responds on twitter. We have an issue with catch up continually dropping. We have rebooted umpteen times. We have a really old tivo box. How on earth do we get in touch with virgin, or book an engineer?

I have been able to locate your account and can see that there is an area fault, you might find that these services are intermittent at the moment: Virgin Fibre, Interactive TV, Catch Up TV, TV On Demand TiVo® or V6 home menu.
The issue has an estimated fix time of today at 1pm, so hopefully the problem will be dealt with today and your full services restored.
