Connectivity Error 7011

New replacement box received - so that’s great and seems to be working in itself. However upon working through the startup checklist, I am getting stuck at ‘configuring IP connections’ followed by error connection code 7011.

Any thoughts please?

I assume this is a TiVo if you , turn off power, hold left+right+OK buttons on the front panel, power on.  On a Cisco, keep the buttons held until the box starts to update; on a Samsung you can let go when the blue LED comes on)

Thanks Rich.

It is a Cisco. Tried that it I do get the updating screen stating it will take a few minutes. The bar does move the the updating stage 1 (of 3) but then loops back again to stage one each time the bar completes and doesn’t make it to stage 2 (of 3). Am I doing something wrong?
