Configuring network settings new Cisco TiVo box to update outdated box
Received new box promptly, yet despite a few calls to Virgin, start up is stuck on the configuring setting. I have switched it off and left 30 mins. at least. Have used an ethernet cable and tried without it and have left it overnight. Nothing works. There is a blue flashing light on the hub on the far right of the box. Anyone got any ideas before an engineer comes on Tuesday? Thanks.

I'm glad you've got an engineer on the way already, let me know how that goes after tomorrow. If you need more help we'll be here, and if its all resolved we'd like to know so we can make sure you're all sorted 🙂
As for the blue light, I have a link here that might be able to answer that for you, just choose which HUB you've got and follow any questions it might have. Let me know what you find.
