I am being amazed by the incompetence of Virgin media recently.
My 88 year old mother had issues with her Tivo remote. I ordered a new one but that was faulty, but when trying to get a replacement we are told we must pay £9.99 . I have tried to make contact via phone on 150 and the operator could not understand anything that wasn't on her script. Tried several times to contact via Wattsapp but they weren't accepting messages. I have now made four seperate complaints but only get **** as a reference number and none have been acknowledged or registered on the system.
All I want is a working replacement Tivo remote for my mother!
How hard can this be?
PS I have now been waiting for an agent on wattsapp for 50 minutes......
What action did you take to set up the new remote to operate the volume (which is a function of your TV, not the TiVo box)?
