Complaint

I posted a Trust Pilot review of VM and was sent this reply:

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry that you've had a poor experience with our services. This is really disappointing to hear, and certainly isn't the standard of service that we would expect to provide.

What are the issues you're having?

You've posted in the TiVo board so I'm presuming you have a problem with your TiVo TV service - but if you explain the issues, perhaps advice can be offered.
