Hi, the coax cable going directly into the TiVo box has snapped (the connection bit) so I can no longer get a picture on my tv. Is it possible to get a replacement sent out? I’ve tried to buy one but it was the wrong cable and so I’m still unable to watch TV. Thank you
Yeah, I appreciate this "DIY fix" was well-intentioned, but connecting third party cables to Virgin Media equipment can often have the effect of injecting RF noise into the network and causing local faults for other customers.
You need to call Virgin TV Faults on 150, to report this and get a replacement sent out.
