Clearing your data

Today I decided to clearing my data from tixo but it’s say will take hours . It’s took me more that , I decide turn off , screen come up say clearing your data , sit tight it’s will take minutes . 

its took more than a minute, 4hours already so I did everything what to do if problem , still not working and still the same screen

Thank you for taking the time to contact us over the forum and welcome to the community. Has the clearing of the data now completed? It can take a while if it's the first time you have ran this on your TiVo box. Subsequent times, as there will likely be less data to clear, should be quicker.

Hi 

it’s been 3days it’s clearing still say same thing. So they say one of virgin team will come my house yesterday but it’s didn’t came 

 

nothing change

Which model box do you have? If you reboot the box does the same message reappear once it has rebooted?
