Channels pixelating/ lagging

For the past 48-72 hours a number of channels are quite badly pixelating/ lagging. Currently watching sky sports and its consistent. Run a test, and everything plugged in properly. Channels cant be watched like this.

Any fix available? Thanks

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with some channels pixelating, and I can appreciate you're keen to get this resolved as soon as possible. 

 

What channels are you experiencing this on?


Have you checked all the cables and made sure they are plugged in okay?

Hi everything is plugged in ok. Run the test through the website to check everything to. Channels are sporadic with which ones are playing up, but music channels, sports and especially HD channels. When we had the second box installed the engineer said we had a low signal output but he would get this looked at. That was about 3 weeks ago now. Its very frustrating not being able to watch the channels correctly. What can be done??

Still awful. Just had bt sports on and its unwatchable. Can someone please advise how we can get this rectified? We are paying a lot of money for this new package and currently not worth as we cant watch anything for more than 30 seconds.

Have you been able to check for related known issues on our service status page: virg.in/service? If you sign in from there you can also run tests on your equipment which may offer a solution.
